TERMS OF SERVICE

By downloading, installing, or using the Vaelox application ("App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Maciej Cieślik, operating Vaelox from Poland ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

Vaelox is a portfolio tracking and market intelligence application for Android devices. The App allows users to:

• Track stock, ETF, and cryptocurrency holdings with live price data
• View portfolio performance, profit/loss calculations, and analytics
• Monitor a watchlist of assets under surveillance
• Access market intelligence data including fear/greed indices and dominance metrics
• Personalise the interface using purchasable skin themes

Vaelox offers the following pricing tiers:

All prices are in USD. Actual prices may vary by region as determined by Google Play. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing — Vaelox never directly handles your payment information.

Vaelox Pro is a recurring annual subscription billed through Google Play at $29.99 per year. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

To cancel your subscription: go to Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions → Vaelox → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have Pro access until then.

Satoshi skin loyalty reward: If you subscribe to Vaelox Pro and later cancel, you permanently retain access to the Satoshi skin at no additional cost. This is our thank-you for supporting Vaelox.

All other Pro benefits (ad-free experience, access to other paid skins without individual purchase) will cease at the end of your final billing period.

All purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play's refund policy. You may be eligible for a refund within 48 hours of purchase by contacting Google Play support directly.

Individual skin purchases are non-refundable once the skin has been activated and used within the App, except where required by applicable law (including Polish consumer protection law).

Vaelox Pro subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period once activated, except where required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Polish consumers have additional rights under the Act on Consumer Rights (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta). If you are a Polish consumer and wish to exercise your statutory withdrawal rights, contact us at hello@vaelox.app within 14 days of purchase, provided the digital content has not yet been accessed.

New users of Vaelox receive a 3-day free trial of all paid skins (excluding the Satoshi skin, which is exclusive to Vaelox Pro subscribers). The trial begins automatically upon first app launch.

The free trial does not require payment information and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. After the trial expires, paid skins revert to locked status unless purchased individually or through Vaelox Pro.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Attempt to circumvent in-app purchase mechanisms or unlock paid features without payment
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or services
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or any of its features
• Use automated tools to scrape market data beyond normal app usage

Market data displayed in Vaelox is sourced from third-party providers including Finnhub and CoinGecko. While we strive to display accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data.

Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, or temporarily unavailable due to API limitations, network issues, or third-party service disruptions. Do not rely on Vaelox as your sole source of market information for trading or investment decisions.

Portfolio values shown in the App are calculations based on the data you enter and the market prices we retrieve. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information displayed in the App.

Vaelox, including its name, logo, interface designs, skins, and all content, is the intellectual property of Maciej Cieślik. All rights reserved.

Purchasing a skin grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that skin within the Vaelox app on your personal devices. It does not transfer any ownership rights to the skin design or associated intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Vaelox's designs, code, or content without our express written permission.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
• Accuracy or reliability of market data displayed
• Compatibility with all Android devices

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maciej Cieślik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from investment decisions made using the App
• Loss of data due to device failure or app malfunction
• Losses arising from inaccurate market data
• Service interruptions or unavailability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr for resolving disputes.

We encourage you to contact us first at hello@vaelox.app — most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably without formal proceedings.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to paid features of the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may stop using the App at any time. Uninstalling the App terminates your use of the free tier. To cancel paid subscriptions, follow the cancellation process described in Section 04.
